I spent months looking for a truck with a specific drive train at a price that a hard working middle class worker could buy. When I sent a message about more information, Kevin was the first to respond. He kept following back with me atleaat a dozen times between email, text, and by phone. I finally made the trip from Knoxville to Johnson City and would do it again. Friendship Hyundai's price was hands down the best and their pricing concept is stress free. Thanks Kevin and Friendship Hyundai for helping me to get my truck!

I was very impressed with the salesman billy how he stuck with us through the entire process. The professionalism and knowledge of his cars and his great personality and compassion he has for the customer job well done. And the financing Mgr Brandon did a exceptional job doing the financing in explaining everything and helping negotiate the loan that other car dealers fell to do,great job to all at the dealership with great service and the word of mouth will spread quickly with this dealership.

We purchased our Hyundai Sonata yesterday. This was our best car buying experience ever!! Every detail of the many tech functions were patiently explained to us by our salesman Billy Fusher. He also demonstrated the safety features of the car during our test drive and even paired our iPhone before we left the lot. We were never pressured, rushed or bothered in any way during the entire process. (Also kudos to Brandon in the accounting office. Great job!). I would strongly recommend Friendship Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. It was worth the 90 mile drive from our home.

We came to the dealership to look at a 2013 Hyundai Accent. When we got to the lot, the staff was super helpful. They weren’t pushy and even brought another car from a different lot over for us to look at. Ultimately we ended up with a brand new, 2015 Accent for about $2,000 more. The new car was a better bang for our buck and the staff was super helpful with deciding which car was best for our family. Thank you Friendship!
